Associates Degree Abroad? Nursing?
Question by Sweet Stuff: Associates Degree Abroad? Nursing?
If I got my Associates Degree in Nursing Abroad (Ireland) could I still get my Nursing License in America and move on to get Bachelors Degree? Or would the transfers mess up or the cultural differences in curriculum affect me? Will my credits carry over?

Nursing degrees do not automatically transfer from one country to another. You would need to have your education received in Ireland evaluated by the BON of the state you wanted to work in in the US and get permission to write the NCLEX for licensure.
